They grill or microwave everything. Nothing is deep fried. Chips are served with most meals unless you upgrade to potatoe cakes. I would be very surprised if you couldn't find gluten free options, but always best to verify ahead. The wings are good, though on the smaller side because they are grilled. While most offerings are sandwiches, they also offer platters without a roll. Their nachos are very good. They used Doritos for those and I highly recommend.
